By starting with these settings, I’m able to zoom in to smaller ideas should my board require more granular definition, while retaining the ability to zoom out to macro ideas or definitions with big, impact-sized words and type. Plunging to the depths of 3% and 2% is like the bottom of the ocean; you don’t know what you’re going to find down there. If you start with the default 100%-zoom 14pt font, you’re left with very little zoom room to become more granular in your mapping and thinking.

When setting up a board for personal reference, I don’t censor myself that much or worry about being explicit in definition. I fully flex my visual and conceptual thinking to give abstract concepts basic form, which in turn creates groupings of objects and allows those groups to be placed in relation to one another. This post focuses specifically on the ways that shape defines visual hierarchy, along with time-saving mechanics in Miro that significantly speed up diagramming and documenting.

ADG LEGENDS WHITE WALKER
This video was produced by Alex Hoffman, a film student who is a fan of our Spirit of Nashville art. During our adventures in the parks, we’ve run across scary, bizarre, and fantastic legends of mythical creatures rumored to inhabit many of the parks. This book is ideal for anyone who is a fan of the National Parks, mythical creatures, and creepy, unexplained phenomena.
Our client list includes companies such as Universal Studios, Coors, Chrysler, Capitol One, MCA Records, Williams-Sonoma, Igloo Coolers, and Uinta Brewing. Born and raised in Kansas City, Derek (not related to ADG founder Joel Anderson) eventually made his way to Nashville where he studied graphic design and illustration at Watkins College of Art. During his senior year, Derek was an all-star intern with us, producing several posters that have been published in our various collections. His stellar work earned him a full-time staff position once he graduated in the spring of 2017.

Proceeds from your purchases improve the lives of battered women, the homeless, nature-lovers, and students who want to pursue a career in the visual arts. Overlooking the Cumberland River & the Tennessee Titans stadium, the design studio is located in downtown Nashville on historic 2nd avenue. Averaging 4-10 new designs per week, Team ADG has produced over 3,000 designs, including poster art for each of the National Parks.
